Mission: The Professional Association of Secretarial/Desktop Publishing Services (PASS) is a nonprofit organization of business support service owners dedicated to promoting and maintaining quality and professionalism within the industry. We provide a network of professional contacts and foster a spirit of cooperation among business support service owners in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our goals and objectives are: 

  • To enhance members’ personal and professional development.
  • To improve skills in marketing and business management.
  • To provide a forum for sharing and exchanging ideas, skills, experiences and information.
  • To expand understanding of the important and ever-changing trends in business and technology.
  • To increase public awareness of the benefits of using professional business support services.

Organization Overview: PASS meets monthly in the San Francisco Bay Area - alternating between East Bay and Peninsula meeting sites. Meetings include visiting experts, roundtable discussions on specific industry topics, and visits to members' offices. Meeting are held usually on the second Saturday of the month.
