Professional Virtual Assistant (PVA) Submit an application to an independent credentialing authority. The authority questions your references, verifies your work experience, and evaluates your education. VACertification.com uses a point system to evaluate the VA's experience and education. You must earn 300 points to be awarded the PVA designation.

Master Virtual Assistant (MVA) Submit an application to an independent credentialing authority. The authority questions your references, verifies your work experience, and evaluates your education. You must earn 400 points on the VACertification system. At least 200 points must be awarded for experience alone.
