Kathy is a Business Consultant offering sales and marketing consulting services  and the Founder of PeakPerformanceWomen.com, an online mentoring resource for women on enhancing body, mind and spirit. Kathy is also the author of “Reality TV & You – 8 Secrets to Being the DIRECTOR in Your Life’s Reality TV Show Using the Law of Attraction.”   

Kathy leads several MasterMind groups and is passionate about mentoring women.

With over 20 years of business experience, Ms. Perry has held several executive level positions including, VP of Sales & Marketing, Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Resources for various technology firms.

She is a past-president of American Business Women’s Association - Liberty Chapter and served on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Sales & Marketing Executives for two years, chairing the 2003 Peak Performer Awards.   Kathy also volunteers in fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society Cattle Barons’ Ball and Big Cat Rescue.

Kathy has been honored with numerous awards throughout her career; 2002-03 "Woman of the Year" for American Business Women's Association - Liberty Chapter and a finalist for the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce 2002 Small Business Outstanding Leader Award.  Kathy was also named a finalist for the Tampa Bay Business Journal 2006 Business Woman of the Year Awards.
