Prequisites: Depending upon courses taken:

• Have proficient English communication skills

• Have two years documented experience in administrative support-type positions or in area of interest

• Have Internet access
• Possess a headset with voice capabilities
• Proficient in basic office programs Are committed to starting a virtual service business
• Are determined to succeed
• Have narrowed or identified your service offerings
• Commit to being an active participant in the program

• Computer with speakers and microphone or headset

• High speed Internet connection (preferred) or dial-up connection on separate phone line
• Virus protection program
• 56k modem

 Cost: $499.00 for a 12 week enrollment to $3,995 for certificate program (dependant upon type of certificate)
