Situation: Management wanted to obtain, from the employee’s perspective, how efficient the overall business model is and receive suggestions about how to improve operations.

Solution: A VA was hired to conduct employee telephone interviews resulting in the completion of anonymous questionnaires. Each employee was informed the final report would be neutral gendered and devoid of any identifiers.

Results: Management received input from all layers of employees and has their hands on the ‘pulse’ of their company. Suggestions have been implemented that saved the company over $500,000.00.
